Just wanted to add this. Took this weight with about 1/2 tank of fuel which is how I run it at the track. And I was not in it or on the scale.

How much do you weigh? Thats a portly truck!!! Drop some weight and it will run much faster.

I'm usually right at 199#. I admit to a little bit of weight reduction. I took the spare and trailer hitch off. That's all that is done. Still has functioning a/c.

I really think just taking off the 22's and going to a drag radial will make a huge difference! The tires are just general grabber tires.

Thanks! I just wish we had more track time up here. Had a blast doing all this. Few things to do so I can make it consistent. Trying to foot brake this thing sucks. Haha. 2-step on the way!

Nice going. You are 5 mph faster in the 1/8 and 1/4 mile than my old 402, so you have more in it for sure. Congrats.

Thanks! I think it has a little more in it. Going to get some actual track tires on it so it hooks and adjust a few things. Might actually finish turning it up! Can't wait until next spring! Going to be awesome or catastrophic. Haha!
