First time at the track
#12
I have read similar stories a few times online. I know I should know this but are their negative repercussions other than loss of traction that can result from stalling higher? I don't mean like 4k or anything obvious but... (bare with me. Trying to find my words) for instance here is a point of confusion:
Other than traction I don't get the limiting factor(s) or reason(s) why someone with say a 3200, 3400, 3600 stall cant/ should not launch at their respective stall speed or slightly lower.
My understanding of stall converters is vague at best. If you can/ have the time to explain, even a little , I appreciate it. If not, I totally get it. After all this is a site for at least semi knowledgeable people to discuss, share and learn from each other, and not really a site for beginners to bug people with the basics of auto mechanics. (Although you guys do have patience with stupid questions lol)
