first time down the track with my new truck......it's a 05 Daytona shortbed running stock 33 inch tall tires on 20 inch wheels with full stock exhaust.......first run was a 13.87 at 96mph, second run was 13.94 at 96mph not bad for the first time out with the new truck and limited mods .......heres a video of the second run......... http://dodgetruckworld.tenmagazines....7_11_19_05.wmv

 

What are "Limited Mods" ... i'm sure it took more than a few or some wiggly gas to achieve a 13's sec pass.

no juice needed for 13 second runs........hell if i had been spraying i would of run deep into the 12s like my old truck .........

 

damn so a intake , programmer , and the stock corsa cat-back and you rana 13.8 . thats pretty bad ***

 

Daytonas come with a Borla Cat back exhaust from the factory........these motors love cold air the colder the better........it was in the 40s that day

 

heres a picture of the custom Ram-Air setup on my truck this gives a straight shot of cold air to the motor for more power.......

wow.. impressive... i cant wait to get some cash and get going on the new setup next summer... i need to be able to keep up with the new generation hemis (charger, challenger, rams...)

Looks like im gonna have my hands full. Bc once you all spray your all's motors or get the hemi-edit or whatever and than turbo kits and supercharger kits galore become available... i'll need to be ready, lol.
