I can't believe it took him 2 years to compile all that information....

This thread will soon be epic. I've got a "feeling" about it, lol.

I have seen many threads that ask for dyno or track numbers of what you actualy gained from a custom tune. That is exactly what this shows.

Time slip for time slip there was a .7 gain. If you use the corrected times it was about a full seccond.

The corrected times puts the info on a level playing field so the highly inteligent comment of:
"Those runs aren't on the same day? Not even the same season? Means nothing to me..."
only shows your ignorance. The DA got worse and the actual time slip still improved. Then if you use a solidly proven tool it confirms and solidifies that information.

I am sorry that the rudeness of this site has over shadowed my attemp to offer some concreat information for people are considering a tune or people who are just curious as to what they could gain.

My ignorance? Hardly... Anyone who drag races knows that "corrected" times are not intended for a street truck running 14's. What's the solidly proven tool? Does it mean the same from a pro stock car to a 14 second truck? Not likely, IIRC there is one for NA, one for FI and one for nitrous. Or are you just going by DA? You honestly think those vague categories are going to prove a 15-25hp difference 4 months apart? Get real with that logic man, there are so many variables that you apparently can't comprehend that it would make your head spin. Was your air filter exactly same cleanliness as previous runs? Exact quality of fuel from same station? Tires worn the same with exact air pressure? Was your truck waxed right before each race? Same fuel level? Did you lose a couple pounds in 4 months? Was the wind in the same direction and speed? Obviously some of these variables are meaningless in your situation, my point is you cant try and compare a 20hp difference 4 months apart.

I thought all the ignorant/jerks were already on this site then every so often another one is added.

Good luck with your cuztome tunez and clear ignorants to be able to look and infomation inteligently and put it to good use.
