Well took matona record holder for fastest 5.3 today in cooler weather and raising the shift points just a bit we are really impressed with how she performed still runng nnbs 5.3 hci set up if the trans break with 4.88s out back


11.16@117.9 with a 1.46 60ft this **** is crazy fast and will be coming back for the 11.0 hopefully a 10.9

Once we get there the real fun begins blue print for new heart is in the works

If I am not mistaken I believe this is the fastest anyone has gone on stock ci na....might be wrong though but I do no the no 6.0,5.3,6.2,4.8 have done this na on a full size truck

Id really like to know more specs on this setup, lb of the truck? Maybe it's just me but 11.1 seems a little out there. There's guys with a 200 shot up top not running that.

 

truck is on a lil diet and if im not mistaken its a nnbs aluminum 5.3 with ported 243 heads and a fast 102. of course all the supporting mods a spt cam and 5k stall i think?? 4.88gears and suspension work done by them. Sure its a lil tough to chew on but when you think about the time invested and trial runs its acually very doable

Yeah I can see it being done but it would have to be 3500ish lbs and high compression ect.. All the bells and whistles.
