WITH TUNE,K&N,HEADERS AND HIT 14.0 AND WITH SOME 26''MT AND DROPED TO 13.9. AND YES HIS RETUNE IS FREE.THE OTHER DAY THE REDUCED ENIGINE POWER LIGHT POPPEP UP A COUPLE OF TIMES

I've seen alot of people that go to slicks don't really need them, they just want to run a shorter tire. On the stock converter with a good street tire and good track prep you should be fine. If you did go to a short slick you'd probably pick up another noticable gain in track time.
