What were your cam spec's, and shift point's? That drasticaly effects the efficiency of the turbo/ engine combination. If you exceed the turbo's max LB/ min of air before you reach peek HP you are fighting yourselfe. I lost 3PSI just by porting the heads. My shift point's are @ 5400RPM. I go through the lights at around 5800RPM.

I feel confident I can hit ~ 20PSI @ sealevel with mine,. (at least before I ported the heads). Just need to keep the RR's below 6K. I have blowen up two turbo's allready up hear trying to make boost.

I wanna run 17 to 18 lbs.

Here are my build specs:
forged 370 9:1 CR using a VIC jr manifold with WCCH Edelbrock 72cc 215's
Custom reverse split spec from Rick @ Synergy
T-76 s trim .96 AR, basically a GTK 1000 without the black cover.
Alky contol meth kit
FLT level 4 80e
2 step, possible trans brake. haven't decided yet.
For now stock 80E TC with 3.90 gears
A 50 dry shot of NX
3" DMH E-cutout as far up as i can put it!

My truck is a 2wd and probably weighs about 4200lbs.

I want low 10's!!

Also note the higher the RPM the more loss you are going to get through your I/C. At sea level a 6.0L @ 20PSI will consume ~76 LB/min, a T76 can flow 93 LB/min maxed out. That's with no I/C loss factord in. Figure a 10 LB/ min loss on top of that. So at 5500RPM @20PSI you will need around 86 LB/min which is pushing the T76 to the max. Figure in my 3-4 PSI loss for altitude and you get 16PSI, and that is about what I have seen. Try to spin that 6.0L 6500RPM, and you need 100+LBS/min, and that is T88 territory. So why cam your engine to make Peek power at 6K + RPM? Your engine combo, and turbo need to be able to work together to get maximum efficincy.

You will be borderline at 18PSI. 16~17 should be attainable. Also your GTK might be alittle more efficient than what Im accounting for.
