What kind of 60ft times are you guys getting in cam only 5.3s. What stall,gears,and tires? Thanks!

 

I know you asked for a 5.3, but mine is a 6.0, cam only and I did a 1.8 spinning DR's with caltracs. Tires were 295/65/15
4:56 gears, Circle D 3K stall. I left off the line at idle.

 

Awesome. My last track outing was a 2.2 on Goodyear wranglers lol. Hopefully I will get to the track in the next 2 weeks. I would be happy with a 1.8.

 

My 60ft is a 2.4. That was on a 245/70/17 tire. The rest of my mods are in my sig. Not sure how much of a difference it makes, but it was also 98 degrees out with a DA of around 2500. I need a stall bad.

 

I have a 2002 6.0 3/4 ton on 33s with only a tune and it ran 2.3 60 ft

 

You guys posting these **** 2.0 and slower 60' times.............is the issue traction or just lack of *****?

When my truck was bone stock I took it to the track for a baseline (2006 rcsb, 5.3, 3.73 factory gears.....100% stock) it 60' like a 2.2. That was a dead hook....no spinning.
