id say the truck has potential without the rev limiter, thats gonna kill u. I run 14.2 at 96, so i would say 14.6 cause when you hit the rev its like slammin on ur brakes, anyway just my opinion, good luck

 

The truck itself is nothing special plus you're going to hit the top speed limiter a few times which will cost you a good deal. Add that in to average/poor driving plus summer weather and it could easily be a >15 second truck. Just a guess, but prove me wrong.
