24.5 degrees of timing is weak... 30+ is more like it.
And "I'm getting x amount of timing" doesn't say much, you need to look at peak tq timing, WOT AFR, AFR/timing at the hit etc... Lots of different aspects except WOT timing.

I haven't done much of anything with the tune yet, haven't had time. Just added some fuel and a little timing, that's it. Once I get the AFR at WOT set up how I like it, I'll see how much timing the motor can take without KR.

And you put the stock cats BACK on?? Is that right? And I think you'd better learn to drive the truck more consistently, it's not hard to launch a truck and get traction, just don't got WOT until the 60 foot mark and work your way down from there.

You definitely should have gone faster.
My last track run i had;
lq4, 80E, LT's, stock catback with cutout open, CAI, 3.42, open diff, 87 Oct.
This is all in a 99 ECSB
And i went best of
60 = 2.2 ish
1/4 = 14.57
mph = 96.8
So i think you should have done a lot better than that.

id like to see some logged runs with AFR to see how its running right now, like it did at the track. Then work on the tune and go from there.
I went from a stalled 60E to a stock TC 80E and picked up 1 tenth and 2 mph.
