Just got back from the driveline shop.
Having a 3.5" steel 2 piece with all solid 1350 Spicer joints, chromemoly Sonnax trans yoke and a chromemoly pinion yoke from Denny's with U-bolts (eliminates straps). Pricey, but should be bulletproof and the last driveshaft I ever need to buy for this truck.

The 5045 raceweight was from the scale at royal purple raceway with the old T4 kit.
The T6 kit added around 10-15 lbs and I did remove the backseat (reportedly 62 lbs). So raceweight should have been right at 5000.
I really need to focus on weight reduction as that's going to be my easiest way to go faster and maintain reliability at this point. I just don't know how it's going to happen however.

The calculator I use as a gauge of how the truck is running puts you at about 950 to the tires. For reference my truck with the 1900 and stock bottom used to come in around 700 with the same calculator. Of course its not exactly apples to apples seeing as I am AWD with more drag hurting my MPH, but its interesting none the less.
PS not that I use this calculator as the end all and I will never swear up and down that its spot on, but I use it like any other dyno should be used... comparing before and after mods or to compare one set up to the next.

Sometime I'd like to take a ride in it in the passenger seat. From the driver's perspective it just feels like a boat at WOT, smoothly sailing down the track.
I cannot stress enough how awesome these ET street radial tires are. I want to get another set of the 315s before they go out of production.

Lol i said the same thing about mine. Would love to ride in the passenger seat to really be able to feel the power. When making a pass theres so much goin on truck just feels normal lol.
I dont think i could trust someone driving it other than me. Alot people arent used to 800+hp on demand lol.
