I'm not very into the look, but your truck is running great bro! My 99 in stock form with 20's ran a 15.2 best in 90 degree weather. Doing the headlight mod, less tire psi,a lil weight reduction, and 70 degrees netted me a 14.8. I can't believe these stock trucks run a 14.1!! thats awewsome. I see it very possible because my FJ Cruiser with the 4.6 V6 can run a 15.6. get some mods and race a WRX!!

Little info on it, the Tundra is 100% bone stock, over 1/2 tank of gas, no weight removed, no tire psi change, and had the VSC turned off. Best run of the night was 14.181 but he didnt get it on video. Corrected time on the 14.181 run was 13.83 @ 99.67mph. Hes hopin with catback/cai and weight removal to be in high 13s, and perhaps some dr's to hit mid 13s.
You arn't supposed to correct for DA'. That race track in LA is only 200' above sealevel. That is already a very low elevation track to begain with. A reg cab tundra runs mid 15's up hear@5800'. Which is still impressive for a stock truck.

Im sure the truck will run mid- high 13's @ that track with cool air, and some minor weight reduction. I don't want to come across as an ******* face. I just get sick of these magazine editor *******'s correcting for DA' plus every inch of elevation . People give us **** up hear when we try to correct our ET for elevation only . We are at 5800' but regularly have a DA of 9000'-11000'. Take that 15.40 sec, tundra I saw,and use our track correction factor which is ETx.9276 you get @14.28 which is about right. Now if you correct for 10,000'DA which is ETx.87 you get 13.4. To get that at sea level you would have to run it off a cliff! It's not that bad raceing hear because everyone slows down about the same amount. Except for FI, and N20 they loose very little.

That's quick for stock, period!

There are only two things I dislike right off about the current Tundra. They claim it will tow more than I believe it safely can(based on chassis) and the price is still more than the worth. I've been looking for a new pickup the past few weeks and I like the Toyota, but not THAT much. I may end up with a Nissan if it comes down to price. Problem is, they aren't really strong for towing.

Fast for stock for sure. My best is 13.97 with all my mods, 3.55 gears and in 85 deg. heat. Granted I'm 4 wheel drive but cooler weather is just around the corner. I raced a 4x4 version against mine and they're no slouch's. Nice video bro.

Lol I just seen that duribility test and that tundra was shaking that thang haha. Chevy needs some more R&D in that gas door!
