My brother has the entire SuperMaxx long tube system with cats on his 03 Ram that is lowered 2/4. No clearance issues and he said the installtion was pretty easy.

Dynatech Supermaxx long tubes here, no issues on clearance with a 2/4" Hotchiks drop.

Doug's also makes a long tube, only requires one cut and weld of a 3 point flange to the front of the converter.

most dealers say it will- but not necessarily, just your exhaust system i think.

i had Hedman on mine- they were good quality, inexpensive when compared to others and i got great performance from them. easy install.

I have the Pacesetter LT and the work great. My truck has the stock height but i would see no clearance issues if i was to lower it. Good luck and go with LONGTUBE HEADERS.
