A buddy of mine has a 93 dodge dakota. He wants to start suping it up. where should he start? It's a 5.2L V8 auto. trans. bone stock.

 

The basics are always good, intake and exhaust for starters.

well I could be an Azz and just say HEMI!! sorry just could not resist, seriously I was going to swap in a 5.9 into my 5.2 99 Ram Sport as I thought that would be a better starting point... but that grew into a 408 ... and by the time I figured how much cash it was going to cost me just to get into the 12s.... well, I traded it for an 03 Hemi when they first came out....
