Default 06 4.7 to hemi swap

My buddy bent a rod and we were thinking about upgrading a notch. I am unfamiliar with dodge motors. When I did my 5.3 to 6.0 swap everything bolted up, I'm thinking it might be a bigger job from a 4.7. Any input would help

A GM swap into a Dodge is probably easier.
