Street and Performance can answer your questions on the swap. They do these all the time. I would go 6.1 HEMI though. Might as well start out with 425hp then 345 or 390hp whatever the HEMI is up to now.

their website sucks so bad haha they prob do awesome work but they should invest some $$$ on that seriously...

FWIW: the 4.7 to 6.1 is a big job...but the 5.7 to 6.1 is just as simple as a 5.3 to 6.0 in a GM

Its a matter of engine families. The 3.7 and 4.7 are brothers. The 5.7 and 6.1/6.4 are brothers.
