Removing something from the Turbo?

if you take off the silencer ring its not a big deal trust me unless u have an aftermarket cone filter it sounds like a jet

pulled them form both my cummins... hate them... intake and straight piped them both and ditched the rings... i did leave them in the glovebox incase someone else wanted them in... i had a 98.5 and a 03...

you should actually talk to someone who has these trucks removing the siilencer ring removes the baffle which increases the noise. I have an 05 ram 3500 so I can tell you from experience it is noticeably louder but not ridicoulous throw in a CAI and it gets much louder
