Need help finding out where the vibration is??

Alright, so hee it goes. Say when im getting onto the highway and my truck starts to hit about 2,000rpms, which is about 40 or 45mph, get a weird vibration. Then it almost gets kinda worse around 50. well wanted to see if it was my tranny, so i put the truck into N while going down the freeway, let the rpms dropp a lil and its still kinda there but not as bad. and then when i rev it up to around 2,000rpms or higher, you can feel the vibration. So does that mean its in the motor or tranny??
any questions just ask!

sorry guys. i havent updated this. its an 84 C10 SWB, has stock suspension. but wanting to throw A 4.5" FRONT AND 6" BACK at it. But i found out as i got the truck ujp in the air for the first time in its life that the tranny mount had only one bolt, lol, and the other bolt was losse enough to where i could finger tighten. YIKES!! lol. Anyways. noticed my motor mounts were shot, also sway bar bushings are fucked as well. haha. but put the new tranny mount and fixed alot of vibration but the rest i think is the motor mounts as it vibrates at idle in drive just a tad bit to where you can feel it.
So those are gonna be next. but thats gonna take me a whole day just about.
