Looks like a stock truck manifold ! I thought all TBSS manifolds were 90mm tb's ? I could be wrong, I'm using a TBSS manifold for my 4.8 build and it looks different.

You are very correct Daz. It is a plain later model truck intake with DBW. Person who gave it to me erred, but it was free and for the power I plan to make, it will do nicely.

It was spontaneous. I bought some Mustang manifolds and LS flanges to make an easy T3 turbo kit. However I went to a C5 Fead on my other project, and the alternator blocked the placement of the driver side turbo. So instead of tossing the manifolds, I placed them on the old 6.0 and they clear the truck FEAD easily, plus tons of room in the C10 bay.

Hey Brian. I was going to knock the steel heads off and put 317's but after talking to a few frugal wrenchers, they suggested I stick with the steel...for now and toss on some PAC 1218 springs...so that's the route with the stock cam.

If these were not Ebay knockoff's they would be too big for a street application (T70's). However they use a T3/T4 architecture (small) with a 52mm inducer. As it stands I believe they will make for a nasty pickup-truck.

I will take all the motivation I can get. Some days I wonder why even bother, other days I can't wait to bolt on a new\used part

I've heard a lot of good thing about the plain jane truck mani's, especially under turbo application's ! I think most guys think that its ugly, also it won't fit under the hoods of most cars. Besides, you can't beat freeeeee ! I'm with that !
