Doing it my self. A buddy of mine has done a few LS1 installs. He is lending a hand.

Would have went with Speartech, had I not went this route.

Sweet! You have any engine bay pictures posted anywhere? How is your truck lowered? axle flip? shackles? Spindles? springs? I love the stance!

Dirty or not, I think it looks good. And what's better, you actually drive it. I think these trucks were meant to be used/run/driven.

How's the performance, mileage, etc?

So nice you had to post it twice!

I seriously like that truck. I have an '82 that I'm going to begin as a winter project and that is pretty close to what I have in my head. Modern drive train and all. Are those the 10" rally wheels from the Blazers?

that is a photoshop pic, it is lowered now with 2.5" spindles and 2" front springs, and the rear is 2" shackles with a belltech flip kit.

How hard is the wiring? How long does it take to get something like this up and running?

The wiring is not a big deal at all. Orange-12v Constant Pink-Ignition Power

It took roughly a week to get this truck running, it is still not "finished", I have to replace the oil pressure sensor to finish the gauge setup. I used a factory 1991 Suburban gauge cluster for all the electronic guages including the speedometer.
