Thanks for the reply...as of right now front diff will be in.

Just did some searching and finally some one responded with these

PaceSetter QuickTrip Long Tube Headers 72C2265 - SummitRacing.com

These come armor coated...
here is some reading on armor coated
Pace Setter Armor Coat Headers for Cars - JEGS

A few people installed these on their 4wd OBS (one was a 2door and the other was P/U) went in with out a problem with all of the 4wd components in tact)

My biggest concern is order them with Armor Coating or With out...

As you can see in my truck...I <3 black...Black ceramic coating to me seems superior. Ceramic Coating will set me back $225ish paid that last year when they did my OBS LT's.

Price difference from Armor Coating Headers to non-Armor coating is like 100. Big difference. Anyone have experience with these and how has the armor coating held up?

Ended up ordering the Painted Headers off of Amazon like a $50 difference plus free shipping. Then they got me with sales tax which I never paid before. Still came out $15-20 cheaper then anyplace else via Ebay, Summit, & Jegs.

I got painted as I didn't trust the Armor Coat Ceramic Coating. I <3 Black!
I will start test fitting the motor and trans. Once that Is complete and header's have been massaged into place I will send them out to get Ceramic Coated in Black!

Thanks!
