Default 2007 4l60e

Hi guys I posted this on ls1tech I'm just trying to het some help before i take the dive tomorrow.

I found a 4l60e and by the tag I'd(7cld) my serches come up as a 07 4l60e. The guy says it came out of a 06 silverado tho?

My question is has anything changed in 07 that would make this not work. I'm trying to mate it to a 2002 5.3. So is this possible? Please any help or advice will be very helpfull thank you

Great so I shouldn't run into any problems cause I read things like 07 and newer trans started running on its on tcm and not the engines ecm. And a couple other things so i didn't want to have to swap much but if it's just as simple as putting in a older one ima go for it thank you guys so much

The 02 engine has a 13pin connector and in 05 didn't the 4l60e add an iss. And internal harness changed to 15 pin connector so how did you compensate for that?

Oh Haha, well I'm thinking maybe I should look for one under 2005 sense it changed to a 15 pin. Anyone have a answer to this? I also found a 4l60e out of a 2002 camero. That same year as my 5.3 so maybe this would be a better match?
