Very nice! Are you buying or making your own floor pans? If you need any advice on the floor pans, I have a little bit of experience, I made mine from scratch on my mustang..

I used 18 gauge cold rolled sheet, but you could use 20 gauge if you wanted too. 16 gauge is way to thick especially if your going to make a tranny tunnel. Get the cold rolled steel instead of the hot rolled, the finish is better, but it is a little bit more expensive. I rolled beads into my pans, which was a B**** to do on 18 gauge but it turned out good.

Oh before you remove the floors make sure to brace up the door openings and across the front and back to keep the cab square... Otherwise you run the risk of your doors never closing properly!!

This how I approached making floor pans. First remove all the bad sections (in my case everything), next make templates out of poster board. Transfer the templates to sheet metal. Next roll some beads into the sheet metal. I attached my sheets with sheetmetal screws to get everything lined up and fully attached, then I removed 1 screw at a time then filled in the hole with weld. Then I welded all the edges with stich welds. I would highly advise using a gas mix instead of flux core. Here are some pics, there a ton more if you click one of the links in my sig.

You can see in this pic the attaching screws. I bend the tranny tunnel around the frame work I made.

Some what finished product

what did you roll the bead with?? I have been looking and now that I know I can use some 18g I might get the bead roller from summit. I have an only one w/o the dies, but this thing is old, I was thinking about making some dies for it.

nice work.

Do it. It is easier than most think, and you get a nice running truck in the end.
