Just getting the word out on this 68 Camaro I built. It's currently on Ebay. Here's a link. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...0920331&rd=1,1

The LT1 was the only engine available at the time. The LS1 was the first choice but wasn't available for a decent price at the time. Murphy's law, I found plenty after the fact. The LT1 made good power at only 5PSI of boost.

Now that's is just freakin' awesome! I can honestly say, that is the nicest looking (exterior) classic muscle car I've ever seen.

17 head bolts vs 10 on a gen3 for FI applications is one advantage. Better factory fuel injection, fast burn combustion chambered heads (prequil to gen3 designs) and first for reverse flow cooling. Plenty of reasons why a gen2 engine is a good one to build vs gen1 or gen3. If I was going to build a FI small block to handle lots of boost and fuel injected i'd go with a gen2 right now over a gen3 if I didn't want to spend the money on a LSx or Warlock block.
