Default Stuffed Fry Jack

Actually curious if any of you guys know how to make a Fry Jack. From what I understand it's flour dough and a few other things that's been deep fried quickly and get nice and fluffy and flaky. When the wife and I were in Belize I had these almost every day instead of toast. The best was for breakfast they would stuff them full of eggs, sausage, cheese and all that good stuff.

They are excellent. It's like a big secret though (at least it was in Belize). No one wants to tell you how they made them LOL

A lot fluffier. It's more like a croissant.
