Just got a new toy. Has a built in smoker, 6 burners, and 67,000 BTU's. Should get the job done!

Sexy! If you like ribs......
-St. Louis style, remove membrane on the bone side.
-Season with salt, fresh ground pepper and garlic powder
-Set smoker to 225 loaded with pecan
-Smoke for 3 hours bone side down
-2 hours tightly wrapped in foil meat side down
-Unwrap and smoke for 1 more hour bone side down.

hell yea....I got a 40" masterbuilt electric smoker and been using the crap outta it....shoudda bought one years ago
