Default locking header bolts 8.1l

I need some locking header bots for a 8.1l. The problem I'm having is the heat from the turbo is cause the bolts to expand and contract I guess. All I know is they go from tight to finger tight every few weeks.

I've seen stuff listed in jegs and what not but I don't know the size.

8mm, Edelbrock headers use a thick flat washer then a lock washer. Mine stay tight. are you using a gasket or sealant and what kind of headers

Thanks for the info. I'm so slow now on this web page. It never loads for me. Just say performance trucks and I have a black screen.

I have the jba headers. They are but the bolts don't stay tight. I'm using what ever gasket they sent with them. If I'm not mistaken its metal or copper but they have been on there a few years now.

The 8 mm ones I've seen come in different lengths. U know how long off the top of your head or do I need to take one out and measure it lol. I know I'm lazy

you checked out Stage 8 fasteners. these look like the ones you need right here:Stage 8 Locking Fasteners 8912V - Stage 8 Locking Header Bolt Kits - Overview - SummitRacing.com

I run the stage 8's on my Colorado V8 supercharged with long tubes.
