my buddies edge tuner plugs into the harness, doesn't change anything in the stock ecu at all. when he takes it in for service/warranty he removes the tuner (15 minutes or less) and they have never nailed him on it. they have had to check his computer for warranty issues before and had to reflash his ecu.
