gas in diesel tank, bad news?

Default gas in diesel tank, bad news?

i got gas put in my truck 6 months ago and my duramax throw a rod and all of them are bent can the gas cause this problem?

i would say yes detination is bad when it comes to gas it probably made a big boom. i believe gas has a lower flash point than desiel so the compression haet and gas probably done you in.

Gas will definately destroy your diesel engine.. Gas will pre-ignite before the piston reaches TDC and try to force the motor to spin in the opposite direction, causing bent rods, and usually broken cranks in Powerstrokes..
