Default Duramax Clutch Question

I have a buddy with an o3 duramax with the 6 speed. He has the bullydog program installed in the truck. His problem is this, when he is running the truck real hard, or at high speed and goes to decel, the clutch is VERY hard to push in. This confuses me as this is a hyd. clutch so I dont see how there could be a variable in pedal pressure. This happened with the original clutch and now after installing a new GM replacement clutch it still does it? Could this possibly be related to the bullydog programming? Do these trucks have some kind of torque management?? He was running at 120 the other night and went to slow down and it was all he could do to push the clutch in!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

My 02 does the xact deal and now the input shaft support bearing is ratteling real bad I'm going to take it in soon. I'm going to try to warranty it because I have complained about this from the begining. BTW it's all stock.
