Since you said you like big block power: we'll be coming out with our newest engine package, a forged 540cid stroker assembly for the stock 8.1L block. We're planning to run your 2 inch primary headers on our initial build which will be in a 2500 Suburban. Should make a heck of a lot of torque!

Please share Stainless Works header experience with the Suburban platform. If the headers will fit my 04, I plan to do your stage1 package for trailer towing. Thanks in advance.

There shouldn't be any header fitment issues with the Suburbans versus the trucks, its all the same vehicle with a different back end.

I've already put Texas Speed headers on the current block (6.0L) which are made for the trucks - fit just fine.
