Can you swap out the 8ft utility bed for a regular long bed on a 2500?

Yes, bolt on and go in most cases.

If you need a bed I am in PA and would be willing to do my bed plus cash for yours if in half decent shape. I am moving to Texas in October and driving my truck there if you are somewhere in between.

U may have frame extenders. Most bolt on some dumb asses weld them on. Most of the time its bolt and go. Good luck
