Speaking of back pressure, what are you seeing? I was wondering what was going on with the truck, good to see some more progress. Is that a scotchlock I see on the injector pigtail?

I have not loged backpressure yet (until tonight). I had to make the ebp harness about 10 feet shorter... And NO that is not a injector harness with a scotchlock...

I finally was able to log back pressure. the results of the log shows where all the new found power is coming from...

Just a quick run down...

EBP readings with the STS GT-67 .96a/r
Low boost (6 psi)~15-28psi
High boost (10psi)~28 psi

If I roll into it the boost slow, back pressure would be around 20psi

So with the sts I was seeing a 3:1 pressure ratio

EBP readings with custom front mount s475 1.32a/r

Low boost (6psi)~8psi of back pressure
High boost no results yet, although looking threw my logs I show a peak boost creap at almost 10psi and a peak EBP at 14psi.

I can hardly believe the numbers, but 6psi of front mount feels like 12psi of STS.....

I will post a log up tomorrow if anyone is interested..

Wow, I never thought the numbers would be that LOW...ever. Everything I've read hint's at 3:1 or 4:1 on most systems and 2:1 on good systems. This is great info! Thanks,

You better f-ing call me when you come in...

Thanks!

Well, I got the meth tank fitting in place, just need to mount the tank and pump and run the wires. I also got the second waste gate about 85% done. I'll post pic in the a.m...

The lower back pressure has more to due with the large T6 housing and BW's better turbine design than moving it up front. To say that moving the turbo to the front will reduce back pressure is misleading. I know you didn't say that, but others will read that.

Good point I think the 1.32 T-6 a/r had most to do with it, throw in the anaconda down pipe and better design turbine .........

Got the second waste gate on today as well as my meth set-up done. I did a few low boost runs and it hold pretty stedy at 6 psi. At 10 psi I'm seeing 14ish psi in back pressure. the thing is just nuts at 10 psi.
