injectors 3-4-5-6-7 not working?
well after my problem with the spark plugs
autolite copper core spark plugs burned in my 5.3!! - PerformanceTrucks.net Forums
in cyl number 3-5 the intake valves were bent so i changed them with new ones and check the valve seating on the head and every thing was put back together like new , fired up the truck and it shackes like hell!
checked every thing i can think of untill i reached the injectors 3-4-5-6-7
and tested all of them , inj# 7 actually works at the start ups for 3 to 5 pulses then it stops.
agine i checked every thing tested the injector wires there was no ground ( negative) that reaches the injectors .
so i unpluged the ECM and checked if the wires would transfer power , and they did.
so the only reasonable thing i can think of is the ECM is bad, how, and why, i dont know!
any one has any input on this issue? the truck has been setting for a mounth now and im sick of driving the grand marquis
FYI: there are no cods shown about this problem , just a code about the MAP sensor.

Bad drivers aren't uncommon for PCMs.
Do a ground check on the wire from the injector to the PCM to see if, indeed, the PCM does not switch ground properly. You could accomplish this with a duty ratio or Hz capable multimeter, but a labscope would get you much higher accuracy.
