Re-arranged my throttle bodies.......
#1
Finally got the trans back in the truck.
I also re-arranged the throttle bodies to knock a few inches off the negative hood clearance before I get the custom hood fabricated. It may not be pretty, but it is the best I could come up with after playing with various ideas over the last year. I'll work on the ducting once I get a few more elbows.
Here's a little vid of it running again. Time to get cleaned up and go out for a test drive...........

Had a short test drive. I forgot how touchy the throttle is.
I fixed that by shredding the blower belt on the first stretch of straight road.
Have to go look at my log to see if I can figure out what happened there.

Looks like I am getting into boost so quickly that I may have to completely disable the MAP rationality test. Log shows 125 kPA at 1200 RPM just before the throttles slammed shut momentarily. Both belts popped off their tensioners as soon as the throttles opened up again. I would think that would trigger REP and keep the throttles shut though. Could be that the condition was not present long enough to trigger it because in the next frame (.1 sec) I am at 161 kPa/2009 RPM. I had the max RPM for the rationality test at 2000. I'll try knocking that down to 1000. Forgot that I swapped the pullies last fall just before I lost the trans.

Haven't had a chance to get on the dyno yet.
Hopefully will get to the track this spring or summer if everything holds together and I work out a traction plan.

Looks great! Those 2 TB's will make that throttle response extremely sensative. But, you should be able to slow the low speed opening rate enough can't you? The "Max rotation vs peddle" in HPT is what I was thinking of. Never messed with it though.
