Addding Foglights
My truck came without fogs. I got in a accident and have to replace the bumper. Im going to get the bumper with the holes for fogs. How do I get working foglights in a truck that didnt come with them? Thanks!

You can get a kit from the dealer that has the wiring, lights, and switch. I put it on my last truck, and it is pretty easy to install. I'm not exactly sure of the part number or price, but it is definitely worth it. Someone on here will know the part number. Let me know if you have any questions..

there is no need to reflash the BCM for the 03+ trucks
I bought my kit on ebay and added the lights, I like the look of it and a little extra light on the road doesn't hurt anything.

the kit will include the two lights, wiring harness and dash switch. the only wiring you install is to the underhood fuse panel to the lights and a ground, then the switch plugs into the same place the cargo light switch is and whamo, it works

My 2003 and my 2005 GMC's both had to be re-flashed. And....we just did a 2005 here in my shop and had to do a re-flash to get them to burn. Odd maybe....anything is possible.
