Question ls swap turbo kit for s10?

I am thinking of doing a ls swap(either 5.3 or 6.0) s10 and want to install a s480 or s475 turbo on it. Truck will be 90% track vehicle, maybe 10% street worthy. However I am having issues finding a turbo kit for a ls swapped s10. Is there no such thing on the market? Is every ls swapped s10 i see on youtube a custom turbo kit? I would like to purchase something ready to go with little modification. I am very mechanically inclined, but i dont know how to weld and dont have any idea on how to build a good turbo kit. My current toy is a built lightning that I have done alot of work to,so im not new to the performance scene, just new to the ls swap/turbo install scene. Thanks.

If it matters,I havent purchased the truck yet,but it will be anywheres from a 90-94 model, single cab. May even do slightly newer, but it may not be able to drive on the street due to obd2 and emissions testing.

yes, all turbo s10 trucks that you see have a custom setup. the problem is that the s10 didn't come with a v8, so there are a wide variety of motor mounts used along with intakes, radiators, hoods etc etc etc. the platform isn't common enough to make a bolt on turbo kit...and the engine compartment is TIGHT.

alright thats what i figured, what are the opinions on a rear mounted(probably in the bed) turbo setup? I know people say they have lag issues, but a few videos i have found the turbo seems to spool almost as fast as a traditional front mount.

The motor for this would more than likely be a lq9 or lq4,which compression i want i have no idea at this time(make more power with less boost or have a higher ceiling for boost on pump gas) but it will also have a cam,may have ported heads to,or l92 heads as i heard they flow the best.

Rear mount turbos are just fine if sized correctly. The l92 heads will bump compression to 11:1, not really good for a boosted application. A stock LQ9 is already 10:8.
