Total timing was 14* on that run? I would guess it will take a fair amount more and love it. Try slightly leaning it out as RPM climbs. Target 10.8 at peak tq and 11.2 at your shift point. At higher RPM you are running on a larger percentage of gasoline which likes a leaner lambda. While running on 2 types of fuel your gauge isn't showing you a true AFR, its purely a lambda value. The gauge always reads lambda, but when running on a single fuel that can fairly accurately be converted to AFR.

Play with timing as boost is coming in to help it spool even quicker. I think that's going to be what makes or breaks this set up and your 60' times. You get that nailed and it will scoot. You are running on a high percentage of meth at a lower RPM and boost level while meth is spraying so you can probably get away with more timing than you'd think.

That's a huge difference on the back half of the track. There's no doubt the power is there. Funny that your 1/8 mile speed is lagging the old combo by so much while the times are so close.

It doesn't make sense to me that the 60' can be slower, the time from the 60' to 660' mile can be so similar, while 1/8 mile speed is so drastically different.
Slower 60' ET tells me you are going slower MPH at the 60' mark. Maybe I'm wrong in assuming that?
The same time from 60 to 660 mathematically means you have the same average speed through that section of the track, but your start and finish speeds are presumably both slower which tells a completely different story. Very peculiar.

2 weeks ago I took it to the track, first outing with new set up. best 60ft was 1.64, 7.22 at only 94.6, 11.32 at 118. One pass I left at 5 psi, no 2 step, (meth starts at 8psi, full on by 10 psi) so It wasnt spraying directly on launch, truck did 1.79 60ft, and ran 7.47 at 97 mph, 11.45 at 119. ( this tells me that truck responded better without the meth on launch. So, that next day got with my tuner and we looked through my tune. We did some 2 step logging, appears that at 8 psi (which is where I wanted to launch at) it had only 12 degrees in it. That area is now 22 degrees to help with launch. My WOT AFR was 10.2. We leaned that out to 10.8 and the above mentioned change. Truck picked up about 2 mph in the 8th, and 3 mph quarter. Friday I noticed that on 2 step it was not making anymore than 7 psi on 2 step, so I opted for a foot brake launch, sense I have hydroboost and figured it would spool it better getting all 8 cylinders. I launched around 10 psi, and it felt really strong, but about 10 feet out in spun the slicks hard, it grabbed again and I rode it out(think this is where the flexplate went) and went 11.15 at 121.7 with a 1.63. Im pretty sure 1.5s are pretty doable leaving at 8-9 psi.

Yes its very weird that its damn near matching my best from 60 to 8th with 2 less mph, cant explain that. I feel like truck would respond much better launching with no meth, or having it come on later. I found a Time slip fron 1/31/16, last pass with 70mm, but not its best. truck did a 1.64 60ft 7.13 at 97 and 11.18 at 120. Thanks for your help by the way, good info Also, commanded is 14, gets about 13
