What is the biggest tire size that will fit on a crew cab silverado with 6in lift? does it matter if it is body or suspension?

 

most will say 35's but i think you could go 37's with a little trimin and the right wheel

 

The NNBS trucks have much smaller wheel well openings than the NBS trucks did. Fitting 35's on the '07 and up is like fitting 37's with the same lift on the older trucks. That being said, you can fit 35's with little to no rubbing on a 6" if you use 9" wide or less wheels with stock backspacing.

 

thanks but i got 35's now and it does seem a a little tight

 

i have 35x12.5 on a 6" fabtech in a 2008 1500hd. u need to cut away some of the plastic in the fenderwells. it still rubs a lil wen u flex a lil when u turn sharp
