The best bang for the buck is: Long tube headers(Hooker makes a set), dual 2 1/2" exhaust from the collectors back routed however you want, custom tune(Nelson can do it since you are in Texas or do it yourself), Electric fans, depending on what gears you have some 3.73s or 4.10s might be in order, CAI(homemade or K&N), and an all around tune up(spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, changing oil/tranny/rear fuild, distrib. cap and rotor button). If you want to clean the engine out a little bit, put some seafoam in the oil for about 100 miles and drain it and also you can put some in your fuel to clean your injectors.

Intake and exhaust are probably the best bang for the buck, and they're something that will help your truck out, not just hp/tq but also gas mileage... depending on how you drive.

That's where I'd start, and then go from there. Also, what are your ideas for the truck?

For your rear o2s, if you delete the cats, you will need a tune to turn them off. For your others, since they are heated, you can stick them about anywhere as long as they are close to the header.

Yes, as long as if you dont have a S.E.S light on or had one just recently cleared when ever you do your emissions test.

Depends how strict Texas is....if they look under your truck then your going to fail.
