Default b&m shift improver kit?

Anyone use the B&M shift improver kit for the 4l60e? Just wondering how well it works?

I had one, they seem bo be a switch and two resistors. It hardly makes a diffrence in the shift, the tow/haul button does a better job than the b&m one. The transgo one is not that much more with proven results.

If you're talking about that little module with the 3 position rocker switch, I had one on my S-10 a few years ago. It firmed up the shift, but didn't shorten the duration at all. So the shift would bump..........................then shift. It was alright, but not worth the trouble of installing.

Transgo HD2 FTW!

No, its the one that has two options, towing or street. Drop the pan and change out a couple of parts.

Save your money and get the Transgo kit - it will give you better performance and longer transmission life.
