I have the hotside designed for the 6.2 from Trick. If you want the kit just buy one of his intercoolers kits, add a Turbosmart 60mm wastegate, and pick your Borg Warner turbo of choice. Even have the A/C line + fittings that you'll need for a new line.

If you bought my intercooler you would need to finish fabbing up the inlet and outlet side (nothing crazy but some assembly required type thing).

Not too familiar with turbos at. I don't know what I'd be missing or needing to buy. I'd have to do some homework on turbo setups.

To make this easy since you are not familiar with turbo setups you'd need the following to finish the kit:

* Intercooler kit + BOV (suggest Trick) see here: 4" Race intercooler kit.

* Wastegate (must be Turbosmart Progate for this setup: Turbosmart TS-0502-1002: Pro-Gate50 External Wastegate 50mm | JEGS

* Oil supply block: Turbo Oil Adapter (OIL COOLED TRUCKS)

* Oil supply and drain line: Turbo Oil line kit.

* Turbo: Borg Warner S480 depending on what you want to use the truck for. My intentions are just a daily driver that can still tow that would hurt some feelings every now and again. So I was going with an S480 (80/83) 1.10 T6 housing which would spool very quickly and still have a good power band.

* Air filter for turbo

* A/C line and fittings as a new line is required (I have all that as well).

* Misc items would be boost gauge, wide band, & catch can. These same misc items would be required if you went the supercharger route as well. You'll also have to decide whether you want to stay MAF tuned or go Speed density as that can change some of the intercooler piping.

You're in TX and so is Trick so you'd be best to contact him about anything turbo related associate to a GM truck.
