Didn't know if you knew this but you can get any cluster reprogrammed to the correct milage for about $20-40 at you're local dealership or with anybody that has a tech II.

I knew a gm mechanic and he says u can only get a brand new cluster reprogrammed. Cant do it with old ones supposedly
