Default WTB 7.385 Pushrods

I am looking for pushrods for my LS engine. Recommended length with my cam is 7.400, but I my heads are milled 0.015. I used a pushrod length checker and it confirmed that I should be using a 7.385, so if anyone has any for a decent price, please let me know.

I used a comp cams pushrod length checker and came out with 7.325", then i added 0.060" for lifter preload and matched the 7.385". Does the preload have to be exact?

Yea, those should work. Aren't factory pushrods 7.380" long? You are running "factory" springs...

Springs don't change the lift. They are LS6 springs that can handle the higher lift on the comp Thumpr cam and and the heads are milled so that affects the length of the pushrod. The rockers are not adjustable.

I was implying that you could just use the stock pushrods. I've only heard of stock pushrods breaking when used with stock LS1 springs. What happens is, the stock springs are weak and cause valve float when the engine is over-revved. Then, the valves hit the pistons and bend/break the pushrods.

Plenty of people out there running stock pushrods and stronger springs than LS6's. And, they're beating the crap out of their engines. I believe Stock48 is one of them. Look at all the hell he puts his engine through(25 lbs of boost, 6800 rpm, etc...).

Awesome, thanks for the advise. I bought some off of LS1tech from a guy for $50 yesterday, they are chromoly 7.4"s so they should be good. I messaged the guy from the link you sent me and he recommended the 7.4"s. Thanks for the help.
