That part number is right, same one I have. That's a front driveshaft for Allison equipped trucks if I recall.

 

i show it to be from the 6.0 gas with 4l80e, havent had a duramax up to confirm same or not

i found one that is PN 15182098 but not sure how to confirm it works

 

after talking with a parts guy i found 2 drive shafts

1st is the 15182098 says its out of a 2005 6.0 with 4l80e and push button 4wd
2nd is the 15182094 2004 Chevy Silverado 4x4 K2500HD pick-up truck with an 8.1 Gas Engine & a 5 speed Allison transmission

makes me wonder if both work or how much different they are
