WTB 2002 Stock Airbox Assembly?

Looking for a stock airbox assembly that will fit my 2002 5.3l. I need everything but the MAF, including clamps.

I am seeing a box on Ebay for $20 but there is no intake tube or clamps. And its from an 8,1l engine. Looks the same as the one for the 4.8l-6.0l from what I remember. That was with a K&N filter too. Hmmmmm

What year truck is it from and is it 100% complete? Great price but I need all the parts from the Throttle body to the airbox.
