kids don't fit well in the back seat of an ecsb. plus the general gas usage vs budget is out of wack. the kid in me says im dumb, the adult in me is saying this is the right thing to do.

Cunningham may still have his ^^ Also the 2wd and 4wd should be the same and the 6.2 manifolds are the same as the 4.8/5.3/6.0 if it helps.

i won't be scarce around here. too much going on in the gm world to abandon ship. i haven't had a cobalt in almost 3 years and am still a regular on those forums

 

Glad to hear that! Good luck with the sale and in balancing the budget, I know it can be a frustrating thing.

 

Wish I could talk the wife into a 4dr cobalt ss, the civic si is decent poerr wise but no tq sucks.

Definitely hear ya on the ecsb and kids, thats why I sold my 01 ecsb Z71. Was a great truck in perfect condition but those ex doors in a parking lot suck and my sons feet were crammed into the back of the pass seat. Gotta do what ya gotta do.

 

I have some 6.0 manifolds if they will work. Sounds like you are doing the responsible thing

 

I have a set of manifolds also off 09 5.3

 

I have a set off of a 6.2L with only 15,000 miles on them...also comes with factory bolts and heat shields...cats too...but no Y pipe...PM me if you are interested...
