good cam for a 370 forged on 200 shot

wtb a good notor and nitrous cam to go in a 370...anyone try out a good one with this setup?

251/267 .623/.623 115+6 3200 nitrous converter 4.56 gears. 11.8:1 compression with l92 heads and nos crossbar plate with a .060 jet.

Not to hijack, but at what point will nitrous typically blow through a regular stall? I have a Yank SS3600 (the f-body one) and I want to hit mine with a healthy shot.

Stage 2 heads from tea and nnbs intake for now with a nos plate
