I kinda like it!! Drive up wasn't too bad, 4:30 hours with light traffic, truck handles like a dream when not in the CRAP L.A. roads!! Kinda surprised with the way the ride up went!
I also watched Boondock saints during the drive! What a great way to drive, little movie, recliner, cruise control and no traffic!!

 

I'm ready but i think I'm getting sick, I feel like crap. I'm gonna head straight to the track in the morning with Archie, we'll see you there. I need time to cool down and get unloaded.

 

Your planning on getting there way to early IMO. Talked to Henry and we plan on leaving Jason's at 9:15-9:30 and get there by 10 or a little after. What are you gonna do there for 3.5 hours before the gates open?

 

I plan on being at the gate at 9:30. I don't like idling in line for an hour. I need time to cool down, clean out the truck. I don't want to be rushed. I've been preparing for today for 6 months...I don't want to f&%k up

 

It was fun hanging out with all of you today. Wish I could have craked 11's. 12.2 was good, and I'm not upset to say the least. Adjusted shift points, lighter front wheels and a different stall and I think I should be at about 11.7s. TreverIt, you were a beast man. and so were you LastCall. Everyone did good!!

 

It was great to see you guys again, wish I could have hung out a bit longer but the wife was worrying about her son. Neil, I hope you get her back up and stronger than before, Jason be cool in DC and everyone else, thanks for showing up today!! Jules, Dusty, Steven... and Kyle for driving so far to spend a few hours, wow!
I had a blast, made my goals and have something left on the table for next time
