I plan on leaving early form Reno with a Uhaul trailer to give me time to tune. Because I'm not sure how much tuning I'm going to have to do to compensate for the elevation change (4200' to What like 5' lol). The last time I went to Sac. I wasn't S.D tuned.....
Does anyone know if there is a good safe place to drop the trailer around the track so I can tune it?
You shouldn't have to do much tuning, I actually get slightly richer (like 1-2%)when I go from 5000' to sea-level, go figure.

I just hope my "little" 4.8 can keep up

I'm pissed, the wife booked tickets to go to Canada to visit the family this week, I will be missing this track meet. She booked a while ago, I just didn't realise it was this weekend. I will be up there for 1 week. I would of loved to meet all you guys and see your trucks run, but it does not seam like that is going to happen now. sorry guys maybe next time.

Just tell her to have fun on the trip
There will be other track days, Sac speedway is open year round on Sat. for test and tune "weather permitting" It is just more expensive to go on Saturdays but a lot less crowded and no ricers

If you stop by my house before you go to the track there are a couple of stations that have 100 octane in my town. Not sure of the price but I will check, I am also going to put about 10 gal in before I go.

I also have a friend that has access to aviation fuel, I think it is 104 octane and it is unleaded
